A Drew Wilmont hat-trick earned East End a share of the spoils in this ten-goal thriller at the Crescent Playing Fields on Saturday morning.

His first opened the scoreing monm 22 minutes with Gary Arthur sending the sides in at the break with his 40th minute equaliser.

The home side raced into 4-1 lead thanks to a brace from Wilmont completing his hat-trick and Ian Christie before Sam McMullan pulled a goal back on the hour and Stevie Edgar brought it back a peg to 4-3.

However, Keelin Gail score his first of the game to equalise on 72 minutes, completing a remarkable come-back from 4-1 down to 4-all. But, nine minute from time, Matthew McCandless found the back of the net to put the home side back in front.

The cheers had barely subsided when Gaile struck again a minute later to make it 5-all as both teams tried to get the winner in the sort time remaining, they had to be content with a point apiece at the final whistle.
