Hard work needed says Oran

Oran Kearney is determined to work hard to end the current bad spell.

Coleraine endured another bad day out as they fell to a 2-0 defeat to Carrick Rangers on Saturday.

But the Showgrounds chief believes hard work can revive the club’s flagging fortunes.

“We have to ensure we work hard on training nights and turn up on a Saturday and give of our best to turn this,” said Oran.

“I’m a human being, the players are human beings.

“It’s been a tough shift. I’m not a robot and the players aren’t robots.

“It does make things tough for everybody.

“But it’s up to me and up to the players to keep working hard to turn this.

“That’s the message. We’ve got to keep working hard.”
