Reggie joins the 50 Club at Limavady

Congratulations to Reggie Colville who joined the 50 club on his first visit to Limavady Parkrun.

68 completed the course. in what was the 367th Limavady, event

Catherine Pinkerton marked her 150th parkrun with a course personal best of 20:42.

A third Springwell runner, Alice C. Duncan joined the 100 Club.

Speedster Scott Rankin (15:49) was the fastest finisher for the eighth time from eight visits. Every year that he’s been to Limavady, he has broken sixteen minutes. Six others also managed to break twenty minutes. 

One of them was Springwell’s Ciara McSherry (19:20 PB) who was the fastest female for the fifty-fifth time at Back Burn Path. Close behind was Foyle’s Grainne Rankin, who earned herself a 19:30 course personal best.

Garvagh Forest, event 106 28 completed the course.

In a case of deja-vu, Shaun Carton was fastest finisher for the second time in 2023, with an identical time of 22:47.

Also from Springwell Running Club was Trudy Walls who finished in 23:59 to be the fastest female finisher for the first time.

Limepark Playing Fields, event fifty-six 36 completed the course.

Dale Kirkwood (20:16) was the fastest finisher here for the third time from four visits.

Ballycastle’s Kathryn Sheridan (21:04) was the fastest female for the seventh time from ten efforts at Armoy.

Portrush, event 518 152 completed the course.

Liverpool’s Claire Crilly joined the 25 Club.

Rachel Blee recorded her 350th parkrun.

Jason Wilson of Ballymena Runners (18:37) was the fastest finisher for the forty-ninth time at the beach. This was his one hundredth outing at Portrush, and he has secured a top ten finish on every single occasion. He was the only finisher to break twenty minutes on soft sand.

Laura Watters (21:11), representing the Midweek Muppets, was the fastest female for the 26th time from 95 Portrush visits.
