Fee makes first appearance at Lime Park Playing Fields

Garvagh Forest, event 114- Thirty completed the course. East Belfast’s Graeme McNabb (20:26) was the fastest finisher on his first visit to this event. North Belfast’s Fionnuala O’Hare (21:17) was the fastest female, also on her debut at this event.

Limavady, event 375 – Fifty completed the course. Springwell Running Club again provided the fastest male and female finishers. Chris Denton (17:33) was the fastest finisher for the thirteenth time from his last thirteen appearances here. Catherine Pinkerton (21:04) was the fastest female for the 22nd time.

Limepark Playing Fields, event 64 – 48 completed the course. Veteran parkrun tourist Thomas Fee made his first visit here. Young Eoin Bailey (21:08) was fastest finisher for the second time, courtesy of a course personal best. Another youngster, Rose McMullan secured the accolade of fastest female with a course personal best of 26:06.

Portrush, event 526 – 178 completed the course in conditions described as good, aside from the Arctic temperature. Rory O’Neill joined the 25 Club. As with Limavady parkrun, the fastest male and female finishers were Springwell runners. Rhys Walker posted a course personal best to record a time of 18:55 which provided him with his first-ever first finish here since he began at Portrush almost five and a half years ago. Fastest female for the third time was Fiona Prue, who clocked in at 20:57.
