Coleraine’s Spooktacular Pop-Up Pumpkin Patch Returns This Halloween

Halloween in Coleraine is set to be more spooktacular than ever this year, as the town’s popular pop-up pumpkin patch makes a thrilling return. Organised by the Coleraine Business Improvement District, the event promises an unforgettable experience for the whole family, full of fun, laughter, and of course, pumpkins!

Situated on Bridge Street in the heart of Coleraine, the pop-up pumpkin patch will be open from Wednesday, 25th October. The best part? It’s absolutely free! Children can explore the patch, pick their own pumpkin to take home, and immerse themselves in the festive Halloween spirit. Parents are encouraged to bring along their cameras to capture the ‘spooktacular’ scenes and smiling faces.

The event will also feature special appearances from some very special guests. On Wednesday, 25th October, between 3-4 pm, children can meet Huggy, Kissy, Wednesday, and Festa. The following day, Thursday, 26th October, from 3-4pm, the Sea Witch, Evil Queen, Mistress of Evil, Puppy Snatcher, and Captain Jack will join in on the fun.

The excitement continues on Friday, 27th October, from 2-4pm, with Salem Sisters N.I, Jack & Sally N.I, and Oogie making an appearance.

To conclude the event on Monday, 30th October, the Salem Sisters and Huggy, Kissy will return for two sessions, occurring from 1-2pm and 3-4pm. Enhancing the enjoyment, Kevin and Joe will deliver live music performances in the town centre.

Each day offers a unique opportunity for children to interact with their favourite characters, adding an extra dash of magic to the Halloween festivities.

So, mark your calendars and get ready for a Halloween experience like no other at Coleraine’s pop-up pumpkin patch. Further details on times etc will be announced closer to the time.
