Derby day . . . it’s undoubtedly the game that means the most to supporters.

Coleraine make the short trip to rivals Ballymena United this Saturday.

The Bannsiders already have the bragging rights after a 2-1 win on the opening weekend of the season.

Matthew Shevlin grabbed both goals at Ballycastle Road and he will no doubt have another important part to play again.

“Whatever Davy (McDaid) has on in the changing room.”

4. What do you like to eat on match days?

“Scrambled eggs, beans and toast.”

5. If you could give one piece of football advice to the kids out there what would it be?

“Enjoy every minute and don’t let a setback put you off the game.”

6. Who was your footballing idol growing up?

“Didier Drogba”.

7. Have you any pre match rituals that you like to follow?

“Not really I like to change it up.”

8. What is your favourite away day? “]

Windsor Park or Inver Park.”

9. Do you plan a goal celebration before a game or do you just go with the emotion?

“Just go with the emotion at the time, Conor McKendry definitely plans his though!”

10. Who in the current Coleraine squad is most likely to go on to be a manager?

“Stephen Lowry, he’s already a brilliant coach.”

“Chris Shields.”
