During November, Coleraine Borough 50+ Forum applied to the National Lottery Charities Board under the Awards For All Programme for funding to get ‘Keep Warm’ packs and were pleased to receive £9,990 funding in December in order to put together 330 packs for older and vulnerable people this winter.

The Forum partners with Heart & Home in Waterside, Coleraine, to put together the warm packs with hats, gloves, blankets and other warm items.

Anyone needing a Warm Pack please request a form from members of the 50+ club or from Rosemary on 074 0029 1947.

The Forum would like to thank Awards for All for the funding; to Sunny and his staff at Waterside Heart and Home and to the forum members for all their help.
